We can design a custom, comprehensive solution to address these problem to reduce cost and downtime, whilst increase productivity and equipment lifespan.

We have structured Biomedical Equipment After Sales Service (BASS) through a plan which offers 7 unique services to choose from based on your specific needs:

1. Pre-commissioning Evaluation of Installation

For facilities that have the  staff to install equipment but don’t have the necessary expertise to sanction it. Our trained engineers can inspect the installation and offer recommendations, assuring reliability and safety of installations.

2. Installation and Commissioning

Our engineers visit onsite to install and commission equipment. This service is aimed at those equipment which have been acquired through non-dealer channels.

3. Installation, Commissioning, and End-user Training

Our engineers visit onsite to install, commission, and train staff in the use of the equipment. This include proper handling and basic maintenance of the equipment.

4. Planned Preventive Maintenance

We can organise a customised maintenance plan for your equipment. Under this program we also offer a fast, responsive “First Line Service” to tackle any emergency failures.

5. Breakdown Service

Equipment is evaluated to identify any damage/faults, followed by a report detailing recommended repair works. Once approved, repair works will commence.

6. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

We create a custom, solution-based approach to maintenance and support services for your equipment.

7. Restricted Annual Maintenance Contract (RAMC)

For non-proprietary equipment, same as AMC, but limited to “an unauthorised third party product support”.
